If you are looking for an actual support helpdesk as per your post rather than a project/bug tracking system that other shave suggested the only CF helpdesk I was aware of was cfticket, which seems to have vanished. www.kayako.com is the best helpdesk solution out there, but there are various other free or open source solutions, probably not much in cf though.
