I inherited a couple of sites on Hosting AtoZ and still have them there. It's a low-cost hosting service, and you get what you pay for in the world, but service is still there and running. They have implemented a new trouble ticket system, which is why it might look like support has disappeared. I have never had any problem getting prompt support, in all the years I've been looking after these sites.
The support trouble ticket system is at http://support.hostingatoz.com .
