Try building it in a string and then putting that in the content;
<cfset variables.s="Email Address: #form.email##Chr(13)#">
<cfset variables.s=variables.s & "Business Name: #form.businessname#">
<cfmail>#s#</cfmail>

If #Chr(13)# doesn't do it, try #chr(13)##chr(10)#
