Yeah, what Russ said. I think the trial version is good for 6 months. IIRC you can also get the MSSQL developer edition for $40-$50. It is the equivalent of the Enterprise version. Not sure if the Licencing allows you to use Management Studio to push changes to production Databases. I don't see why not. You might be eligible to get the Web addition for free via the WebsiteSpark program http://www.microsoft.com/web/websitespark/ Web edition removes the Ram and Database size limitations.
