No, as long as your Exchange server will accept SMTP mail from your CF server, all you need to use is CFMAIL. Very often, Exchange servers are configured to limit or block SMTP mail that isn't being sent to the domain(s) managed by the Exchange server, though - you may need your Exchange administrator to allow it to relay mail from the IP address of your CF server.
