Thanks, Russ & Sergey, for your info and suggestions. I was hoping to set up CF10, IIS and SQL Server all on a single pc running XP. Looks like that wasn't such a good idea. For now I just switched to using the built-in webserver with CF10 which is just fine for my purpose.
