I don't use ColdFusion anymore, so I don't remember exactly where it is in the menu, but you're looking for the "CAR" files - ColdFusion Archive Resource, as I recall. Anyway, it seems to me that it was under "Package Deployment" or something like that, way down at the bottom of the left-hand nav menu.
