All, I solved this one and wanted anyone else who might have this problem to have the solution too.
It's similar to the Note about "MSVCR100.dll is missing." You solve it by copying msvcr100.dll to C:\Windows\System32 I was stuck because of a few things. First the cumulative hot fix stated that the error should have been "MSVCR100.dll is missing.", but it wasn't the best I could find was file not found. Second on a multi-instance install the \runtime\bin folder doesn't exist. Here are the Errors: (from the *-out.log) For E:\\Java\\jdk1.7.0_17\\jre - Error loading: E:\Java\jdk1.7.0_17\jre\bin\server\jvm.dll For E:/Java/jdk1.7.0_17/jre - Error loading E:/Java/jdk1.7.0_17/jre\bin\server\jvm.dll For E:/Java/jre7 - Error: no known VMs. (check for corrupt jvm.cfg file) For E:\\Java\\jre7 - Error: no known VMs. (check for corrupt jvm.cfg file) When I look at the Windows System Log for the Error Loading errors it has: "The Macromedia JRun CFusion Server service terminated with service-specific error The system cannot find the file specified.." The file does exist I have verified it more than once. The only configuration that is working is when java.home=E:/JRun4/jre in the jvm.config file. I'm stumped with this one and would really appreciate any insight.
