So, I found a work around, but does anyone know why these would give me
different values?
<cfdump var="#form.text#">
... the value is "mystring"
<cfoutput>#form.text#</cfoutput>
... the value is "mystring"
Why is CFOUTPUT converting the value " to " on its own?
