Among other things they had a great system for product returns and, from what I've seen, a really good system for printing calculating shipping and printing shipping labels from UPS and FedEx. I'm sure there's an API for that, but it's well implemented. The site is also very smooth on the user-interface side.
For me though, it's the shipping API interface I'm interested in. I have a similar need for my own site could probably speed up development time by working with someone whose already done that.
