I have been brain storming and spending so many hours to figure out how to use IIS 7 smtp mail server with CF9 on development environment. CF8 and windows XP with IIS 6 was perfectly working. I tried telnet to localhost port 25 and it is not connecting either. Disabled the windows firewall and still no escape, I have System Center Endpoint Protection anti-virus software installed, but I don't think that blocks port 25. Does anybody have any idea of what could be blocking element.
