I said that in the first place my friends. I installed smtp server and installed IIS 6 console. I checked in services and the services for IIS Admin Service that includes SMTP, is set to automatic and status is running. I did telnet to localhost port 25 and it did not work. Is there any other way to find whether it is running or not?
