Hi guys, Hello to all. I am looking for help getting SECS/GEM capability to work with a ColdFusion application. Wondering if anyone on this forum has any experience doing this or knows of someone who has. Want to integrate the capability with my manufacturing application.
SECS/GEM is a communication standard used in the semiconductor wafer manufacturing industry to connect software with a wide range of equipment. Talk to it, listen to it, program it, download recipes to it.
