Thanks Carl - great resource. Unfortunately, though, there is only the Mac (.dmg) installer. I should have specified that I need a windows installer (don't recall if it comes in 32 and 64 bit flavors - 64 bit preferred).
If anyone has a copy of the windows installer, I'd love to get a copy, and we can also add it to the repo.
