Under the top level of IIS manager, under "ISAPI and CGI restrictions", there was what I thought to be the proper entry.
I went to the website in question and removed the inherited entry and added an explicit entry for C:\ColdFusion11\config\wsconfig\1\isapi_redirect.dllbut it still does not work. Sorry to be so much trouble. I just would like to get this to work.
