Do you just want UltraDev to be your default editor?

Windows: you can just Shift+right-click any file to get the "Open With" dialog. Once 
there, choose UltraDev and check the
"Always open this file type with this program" box.

You can go through Windows Explorer, view File Types and make a lengthy trek changing 
"Edit" from DW to UD, but the other way
is less tedious.
