??? HUH? A GOOD Deal??? Maybe for MACR shareholders.
Ok - here's the deal. For each share of Allaire we get .2 share of MACR and
3 bucks. SOOOO (as it stands now with MACR at $40) if Allaire goes above
11.00 a share (it finished at 10 1/8 in after market so it is not an
unreasonable suggestion) you'd better sell - because you will make less
money on the deal by holding.
NOT TO MENTION the folks like myself who bought before the freefall. How
many of the pre IPO buyers think that $11.00 for their $20.00 original
purchase price is a good deal.
