Funny story I called M$ sales and one sales rep. told me that I did not need
the internet connector license if only one cold fusion server was accessing
it. As long as I had at least one license. Musta been a new guy. ;-) Or
Maybe he did not really know what Cold Fusion is even though he said that he
did.
Why are we required to know what the licensing is if the sales reps at M$
don't know? (just kidding)
For the record: Cameron is correct You DO NEED the internet connector
license if you read the docs. Internet apps where you have a potentially
unlimited number of users, you must buy a internet connector license.

Subject: RE: SQL Server Licensing Woes
Wrong wrong wrong. Read the doc linked to. It specifically singles out
"Multiplexing: Using Middleware, Transaction Servers, and Multi-tiered
Architecture".
I have heard conflicting information about this licensing model everywhere I
turn, buy when you actually *read* the document, it specifically and very
clearly states that for internet apps where you have a potentially
unlimmeted number of users, you must buy a internet connector license. If
it's an intranet or extranet application (where you can identify each user
individually), you must buy cals for each user.
