Ok - well you're asking about something that is utterly technology
independent that highlights a particular technology....so I think the answer
is no. You can't find a generic methodology that works only with a specific
technology.
If you questions is about Project Management packages written in
CF....different question.
PM is a collection of good ideas and best practices. For ideas within that
group, I would suggest you take a look at Microsoft Solutions Framework
(MSF) if you haven't already. Normally I'm not big on MS, but this is
pretty good stuff. I would also suggest the book "The Mythical Man-Month"
by Fredrick Brooks.
