If Aidan's building his FAQ, maybe we could amalgamate them into the
Ultimate CF FAQ (I just had this odd image if UltraMan with a CF on his
chest - maybe I saw "Dude Where's My Car" too recently...)

In about 6 weeks I'll have a *little* more time, so I can go through my
archives and organise them properly and add to the FAQ with useful but
little-asked stuff
