studio 4.5.2 upgrade error issues

I just finished upgrading to 4.5.2 from the beta I was running and  am now unable to 
conect to any of the datasource panes on my
rds servers. 
Here is the error
Error loading type library/dll
 Any ideas what I can do to fix this?
the beta worked fine for me but it expires on wed.
