I searched the FAQ, and Archives, and did not see anything obvious.
How do i connect to a remote SQL server so i can create a new DB? I played
with the demo version of MS SQL, and it came with a client to connect to a
remote SQL server. Do i have to buy this client?
I will be using a comma delimited file supplied by the client, and i need
to get this file into the MS SQL server at our web host.
