I don't think so. the 4.5 upgrade will need to see 4.0 installed. However
you can uninstall the 4.0 after you install 4.5. That's what I always do.

i see 2 folders of ColdFusion Studio. One leading to 4.0 and the other to
4.5. Why is there a need to have 2 different folders to 4.0 and 4.5??
