The problem is that the guys in the office grab the phone as soon as it
rings, and since we have a lot of clients who call from different locations,
we can't know all of the numbers - good idea generally though

If only - I'd get some peace and quiet then <g>
Maybe if the clients would forget the phone number occasionally, that'd
help - especially for the "Website is down, oh no, our Internet connection
has failed again" calls
