At some point we 'the developer community' need to force both Netscape and
IE to be more compatible by not creating work abounds to every one of
Netscape's limitations - I do however think that CSS 1 mouse over on HREF
should work on the latest Netscape. Think of how much better code we could
write if both browsers could use Active X and Java Script in the same way :)

Any CF tag or coding (even JavaScript) someone can spare out there that
changes a color when a mouse goes over a link? It is similar to the DHTML
and CSS that does it so well in IE, but would work in Netscape as well.
