i've seen a couple solutions posted.
double click the time to bring up the time/date console. turn off daylight
savings. turn it back on.
if that doesn't work, try reboot. i'm not sure if this is part of your
question, but the 16 is mil time for 4p.

The server clock says its 5:00pm and #hour(now())# says 16.
