No one asked you what version are you using?
It is recommened that you'll upgrade to SP2 (4.5.1)
it's free from allaire.
We had the same problem with our old 4.5 version.
Anyhow, I don't think it's an immediate change, like the others. Please
remember what happened BEFORE the first time you rebooted the server (prior
to the problem).
This reboot will make all the changes take affect.
BUT CHECK YOUR VERSION INFO (under admin.)
and get back to me.
