We currently have an order form that when you click on our "preview order"
button, you get an .cfm page that has all the variables nicely in there
place for the customers verification. After they look it over you then
submit the order.

Now when the order is submitted it takes the session variables, passes it
through the template and ships it off in the e-mail. Is there a way where I
could just create a temporary html file off of the "preview" page and just
attach that to a simple cfmail page when submitted?

Thanks for your time
