As a site note...
I found that if you'd misconfigured the IP address of your SMTP server, that
IP is written into the header of each e-mail. If that was the reason why
your e-mail wasn't sent, you'll have to change the bad IP in your e-mails to
a good IP before dumping them in the spool folder again.
