I have one that could be used and I am willing to share it. Anyone who is interested
please email me off list.

Subject: Open source content management who wants to join

Well I have seen recently on the lists that everyone is in need of a
content management solution that is free. I would like to yell out to the
lists to see if anyone is interested in starting one, either from scratch,
pieces people have made, or from existing projects and merge the features
together. Whoever is interested let's start up a little discussion on here
and see where it can go.
