Does anyone do a lot of email parsing? We have started an email campaign
and since we are using a customer database up to two years old...from each
27,000 emails I send...I am getting around 9-12k underliverables...out of
office...autoreplys...and others....
Attempting to handle at least 90% of these manually. Using cfpop but it
makes for a long page of if's..no problem though...I already wrote it.. the
problem comes in when the page can not delete the email fast enough as it
loops. So the suppression DB is updated...but the email may be read another
three or four times before it is deleted. There are other problems with it
too and I believe that most of them are related to the cfpop no reacting
fast enough...no sure though.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. If another method besides CF would
be more logical...please let me know..not afraid of that at all.
