Upgrades are surely a double edged sword.  In your case, you have been on a
server for quite some time.  Back then, CF4.0 was the most current version.
The process of upgrading is actually quite simple, BUT for the majority of
developers tweaky problems will follow.  We will move your site to a
CF4.5.1SP2 or a 5.0 server when you are ready, though the current 4.0.11
server will remain until all customers are ready to make the switch.

Yes we are using 4.0.1.1, 4.5.1SP2, and 5.0.  8-)
