It all depends on how you look at it. If you want to design an IE 4/5 
only site you  still loose 13 percent of customers, so it would be 
better if it were 100%.
If also means that 1 company controls 87% of the market, which 
(arguably) people might consider a bad thing.

BTW, here at Uni it is not the current stats that is interesting, it is 
the way they change. Mozilla (and all the stuff that uses their 
rendering engine) has almost doubled over the last month. Despite many 
sites recognizing it as Netscape and using NN 4.x tags like "layer" 
while Mozilla supports the W3C standard "div".
