Our complete server farm is in the Cybercon datacenter as well. We've
utilized their dedicated boxes but have moved to our own equipment in their
datacenter. We've had 100% uptime with them, multiple fiber backbones.
They are located in St. Louis and we are up near Chicago....we've been to
Cybercon twice in the last year...both times to install new equipment.
Their tech support is very helpful at all times of the day.

humans available 24/7 to deal with whatever you call in on. Phone never
needs more than a couple of rings to get picked up. Connection fully
reliable. You'll have to supply all software licenses.
