Leon, I have had this error on a Pro install.  Basicall your install has not
added the .cfm mapping in IIS.

Goto the IIS MMC and open up the properties for the default website, then
Home Directory and click Configuration.

Once in there ADD a new App Mapping.  Click Add and then browse for the file
ISCF.DLL for the Executable and then add .cfm for the extension.

You should now be able to run .cfm files no probs.
