Yes jmail will send 80,000 and more, it depends more on your server config than anything. We have discovered some ways in which we can improve jmail, which will make it at least 10 times faster than it currently is and we are adding the ability to do personalized emails, which has been the biggest request thus far. We are adding these features very quickly, and they will be a free upgrade when we are done with it. Hopefully this answers your question.
