you can use LDAP to get the contact information, but this is a steep
learning curve if you're not familiar with LDAP.
on the other hand, do a search of the web for COLD FUSION and EXCHANGE,
there are methods to access exchange servers directly from Cold Fusion.
There is one site, I don't remember the addy off hand, that gave a fair bit
of detail how to integrate CF and MS products (such as word, excel, outlook,
exchange)
