There's a patch that apparently fixes this. Since 5 is built on J2EE platform, your server needs to be updated with the latest jdk which is 1.3.1 - I can't remember the url to the hot fixes and can't seem to find it either. This has also been covered a few times on this list so you might want to check the archives as well.
