The best reference out there currently is the Wrox Programmer's Reference. If that's what you need, that's the book to get. There are a lot of good JavaScript books out there though, like JavaScript Bible (more of a tutorial/reference) and JavaScript: Definitive Guide (great overall intro to JavaScript).
