Just a note about VeriSign - they did buy CyberCash out and no longer support the system for new customers.
The good news is, VeriSign is a step up from CyberCash. They always provide me with excellent service and the longest a transaction has ever taken is 2 seconds. Besides offering a CFX tag to interface with their systems, VeriSign offers a free trial period where you can experiment with the tags. It says it only goes for 30 days, but I have been able to use test accounts for over six months in the past.
