A UDF can not be defined more than once. Additionally, a variable can not 
be named with the same name as a UDF. Search your page for "breaklist" as a 
variable or as a UDF set. If you only find one, then check out all the 
CFINCLUDEs and CFMODULEs used with the page. Somewhere there's a double set 
going on.
