Sounds to me like you really want to use the Catalog feature of Acrobat itself, and schedule the catalog rebuilds. Then you can just transfer the files to the CD...

We have hundreds of products detailed within their own Acrobat PDF files. I want to be able to edit existing PDFs and rebuild the CD-ROM, add a PDFs and rebuild the catalog made up of PDFs which will be burnt onto a CD-ROM. Has anyone every built a dynamic catalog assembly application? Maybe CF isn't the answer. Any feedback would be great. ______________________________________________________________________ Dedicated Windows 2000 Server PIII 800 / 256 MB RAM / 40 GB HD / 20 GB MO/XFER Instant Activation · $99/Month · Free Setup http://www.pennyhost.com/redirect.cfm?adcode=coldfusiona FAQ: http://www.thenetprofits.co.uk/coldfusion/faq Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/cf-talk@houseoffusion.com/ Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/index.cfm?sidebar=lists
