I have two different websites that use CFMAIL to send order confirmations and feedback messages to users and to internal mailboxes for reaction by customer service personnel.
Ocassionally these messages are not getting through. In a recent application, 175 messages were sent in a 30 day timeframe. An analysis of these messages shows that only 130 were actually delivered. All 175 messages were sent from the same cfm template page to the same email address using the same code. Our websites are hosted by a webhosting company. Is this a common problem with CFMAIL? Can anybody give me any idea as to what could be causing these messages to be lost? Thanks for your assistance.
