In the IIS management console, under the properties for each IIS virtual site, there's an IP address (at least one) that is to be bound to the site. Click the 'Advanced' button and you'll see the option to bind to a different port, as well as the option to set up additional IPAddress/TCPPort/HostHeader bindings for the site.
