I know this way off topic, but I'm hoping some one here has some experience developing tools for hand held pdas.
I need to start building an app for a hand held that will allow me to sync data between my CF based web app and a pda. Right one way traffic is sufficient (web to pda, pda to web comes later). I don't have a clue where to start. What tools are used for development of an application that is installed on a PDA. Since the PDA may not always have a connection the users need to pull data locally. Any help here greatly appreciated.
