I'm not sure if you can - typically, to use a COM object over a network, you
use DCOM. Not all COM objects can be invoked through DCOM. Even if you can,
you'll have to register the COM object on both machines, and configure the
object using dcomcnfg.exe on the target DCOM server (just running dcomcnfg
should let you know whether the object is exposed via DCOM).

Your best bet for this is to inquire with ActivePDF tech support. Note that
even if you can get it to work, performance will probably suffer
significantly. There are probably also licensing issues to consider, so you
may need to purchase additional licenses.
