I can send you a groovy web colour chart that works with javascript that I
am sure you can pick apart to make work... Really simple, just hover over
the colours and the whole text on the page (or in your case I guess just the
news events) changes colour, click on the colour and it changes the page
colour... You may be able to "adapt it"

They want the abilty to have coloreds text in the news events that they
enter ion via our admin tool.  I normally use ezedit but these brillaint
users can't figure it how to use it corretly..
