I can't say for certain, but I don't think that the CFREGISTRY tag will allow that. You could, however, use command-line registry editing tools like reg.exe (from the Resource Kits) and call those tools from CFEXECUTE. Keep in mind, though, that this would be a GIANT GAPING SECURITY HOLE.
