The only way of which I'm aware to avoid all logins entirely is to configure the browser so that it'll automatically login to the site. IE supports this feature, and you can build custom configurations of IE using the IE Administration Kit. Essentially, you'd want to ensure that your site was in the "Intranet Zone", and you'd want to configure the settings for that zone so that the browser automatically logs in to sites within the zone. Other than that, I don't think you're going to be able to avoid having the user log in at least once. However, you could build a system that requires a single login, then sets a persistent cookie to avoid the necessity of future logins.
