Ok, the file from the form is uploaded to the temp directory fine, it bombs when it hits the cfmail tag.
It works on the development server, but not on the production box. We looked at both c:\temp and c:\cfusion\mail\spool on both boxes and both have permissions set up the same. Matthew P. How does this apply to end-user web users? Or does the iuser account need to be put into the take ownership of files permission? Thanks for the help. Matthew P. I have the same problems at times writing to the server when I am logged on as a power user and not an administrator. You need to go into local security policies under local policies/uers right assignment/take ownership of files and add power users etc to the security policy .
